Pan-Fried Chicken Bites
A delicious main course, very simple and quick to prepare, which pairs perfectly with any meat and non-meat first course. Everyone loves chicken, but if you’re tired of eating it the same way, try this version! I chose to add capers and black olives because they are two ingredients that I love, but if you don’t like them, you can easily omit them.

In a pan, put some oil, garlic, and onion, and let it sauté. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and add it.
Brown for a few minutes, then add rosemary, olives, capers, and a bit of white wine,
Add the chopped tomatoes and, if you like, a bit of chili pepper. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Salt to taste.
