Ricotta and Apple Crumble Cake
A simple dessert to prepare and great to serve as a dessert after a meal, snack, afternoon snack, or whenever we feel like it. Usually, the crumble is made with ricotta and pears but since I like to experiment with new things, I chose to replace the pears with apples, and I must say the final result, as usual, was excellent!
