Watermelon Sorbet, with or without an ice cream maker, fresh and light, perfect for cooling down on hot summer evenings, and perfect as a dessert or to enjoy as a snack, instead of ice cream, without feeling guilty.
Ideal for those watching their diet: reduce or completely eliminate the sugar for a lighter, but very refreshing version. If you prefer the version with egg white for a creamier texture, also try the Peach Sorbet: excellent.
Let’s see together how to prepare the Watermelon Sorbet. Prepare the ingredients and let’s get started.

Steps
HOW TO MAKE WATERMELON SORBET
First, remove the watermelon rind and seeds, collecting the juice that comes out from the pulp onto a plate during the process. Squeeze the lemon, filter it from any seeds, and set aside with the sugar.
Using a food processor (or an immersion blender), blend the watermelon cut into pieces, then add the lemon juice and sugar and place them, after mixing, inside the ice cream maker and turn it on. The sorbet is ready when it is nice and cold and compact (times vary depending on the machine).
Finally, place in bowls and serve. Here is the Watermelon Sorbet ready. Enjoy your meal!

Take out the mixture and cut it into pieces, put back into the food processor and blend until you get the right consistency.

Of course, you can use melon, apricots, strawberries … My advice is to cut it into pieces and freeze it before blending it with the mixer.
