Lately, I like to use whole wheat flour more and more in my recipes ☺️ so I couldn’t help but make the recipe for the soft tart with the tart pan with double bottom!!! And moreover, I made it without EGGS so you can make it even if you are intolerant or for various reasons do not eat eggs. This time I didn’t fill it to leave you free to interpret and fill it with your favorite cream! This tart is perfect for any kind of occasion and is very, very simple to make!!!

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 5 tbsps seed oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar

Steps
The preparation of the whole wheat soft tart base without eggs is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, starch, baking powder. Add the milk, yogurt, oil, vanilla
mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured tart pan with double bottom. Tap gently to level out and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
