Caramel and Chocolate Ganache
When I first tasted this ganache it was love at first sight 🤩 I immediately got to work and made it again! This cream is suitable for garnishing and decorating cakes and desserts of all kinds! It is easy to prepare and can be stored in the fridge for up to a month, so if you make a cake and have leftovers, don’t worry, put it in the fridge and use it for the next recipe without any problem. Obviously, before using it if it has been in the fridge, you will need to bring it to room temperature or warm it slightly.

Ingredients for Caramel and Chocolate Ganache:
- 7 oz milk chocolate
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp glucose syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp water
Steps
The preparation of the caramel and chocolate ganache is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a saucepan, add water and sugar and let it caramelize. Once the caramel is ready, add the cream a little at a time, mixing well. Bring it to a simmer
pour it immediately over the chocolate. Also add the butter and mix. Add the glucose syrup and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
