Steps
The preparation of apple rings with puff pastry is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we peel the apple and then cut it into slices not too thin. Using a piping nozzle, we make central holes on each slice. We take the puff pastry and cut it into strips of the same size.
We take one slice at a time and wrap puff pastry strips around it. We place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them. Brush the top with a bit of jam/preserve mixed with a little water. Add some sugar.
And some cinnamon to taste. Cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes. Once ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
