- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 0.5 oz fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
In the stand mixer bowl, pour the water, add the yeast, and dissolve it. Add the flour and start kneading, then slowly add the oil and let it absorb. Finally, add the salt. Cover the dough and let it rise for two hours or until doubled in size. After resting, spread the focaccia bread in the pan and let it rise again for half an hour or until doubled. Prepare the water and oil emulsion and pour it over the focaccia, distributing it well on the surface (optionally, you can add Maldon salt or rosemary). Bake in a preheated oven at 482°F (250°C) for 25/30 minutes.
