Pineapple Tiramisu without Raw Eggs
It’s still very hot and I’m not ready to turn on the oven 😂 but since I cannot and do not want to give up dessert, I decided to prepare a pineapple tiramisu without using eggs in the cream but only using cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla! A very quick dessert that we can always prepare even if we have little time at our disposal! It’s ideal to serve as a dessert at the end of the meal, as a snack or afternoon tea, and I even have it for breakfast because I love it so much!
In the past, I have made many versions of tiramisu, my absolute favorites are these:

- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Cost: Affordable
- Rest time: 2 Hours
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 8/10
- Cooking methods: No-cook
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All Seasons
Ingredients for Pineapple Tiramisu without Raw Eggs:
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 0.9 oz mascarpone
- vanilla
- 1 jar canned pineapple
- as needed pineapple juice
Steps
The preparation of the pineapple tiramisu is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
Combine mascarpone, sugar, and cream, add some vanilla, and mix with an electric whisk until you get a thick and homogeneous cream. In the meantime, separate the pineapple from the syrup and cut it into small pieces.
Keep 3/4 whole pineapple slices for the final decoration. Add some pineapple juice to the pineapple syrup and mix. Add the pineapple pieces to the cream and mix.
Dip ladyfingers in the mixture of syrup and juice and arrange them in a row in the baking dish. Add a layer of cream (about half), sprinkle, and level. Place another layer of dipped ladyfingers
cover with the remaining cream. Level and decorate as desired with pineapple slices and mint leaves. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Enjoy your meal!
