Pineapple Tiramisu without Raw Eggs

It’s still very hot and I’m not ready to turn on the oven 😂 but since I cannot and do not want to give up dessert, I decided to prepare a pineapple tiramisu without using eggs in the cream but only using cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla! A very quick dessert that we can always prepare even if we have little time at our disposal! It’s ideal to serve as a dessert at the end of the meal, as a snack or afternoon tea, and I even have it for breakfast because I love it so much!

Ingredients for Pineapple Tiramisu without Raw Eggs:

  • 7 oz ladyfingers
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 0.9 oz mascarpone
  • vanilla
  • 1 jar canned pineapple
  • as needed pineapple juice

Steps

The preparation of the pineapple tiramisu is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • Combine mascarpone, sugar, and cream, add some vanilla, and mix with an electric whisk until you get a thick and homogeneous cream. In the meantime, separate the pineapple from the syrup and cut it into small pieces.

  • Keep 3/4 whole pineapple slices for the final decoration. Add some pineapple juice to the pineapple syrup and mix. Add the pineapple pieces to the cream and mix.

  • Dip ladyfingers in the mixture of syrup and juice and arrange them in a row in the baking dish. Add a layer of cream (about half), sprinkle, and level. Place another layer of dipped ladyfingers

  • cover with the remaining cream. Level and decorate as desired with pineapple slices and mint leaves. Refrigerate for a few hours.

  • Enjoy your meal!
