We often make grilled fennel and just like that, without anything, they are great, but adding the sauce made with oil, garlic, lemon, and anchovies makes them a tasty and different dish.

First, wash, clean, and cut the fennel into not too thin slices. Put a drizzle of oil in a pan and grill the slices.
Turn them over. Continue this way with all the slices. Arrange them in a row on a plate. Finally, put a little oil in the pan, add the garlic
let it sauté. Turn off the heat and immediately add the anchovies. Stir a little to let them melt. Remove the garlic and pour the oil into a container.
