How good is the baked gratinated cauliflower with Parmesan, a tasty side dish to bring to the table during the colder months of the year, as the main harvest period for this vegetable is autumn and winter. Cauliflower is good in any way, simple in a salad, or to prepare the reinforcement salad, excellent with Parmesan and olives, perfect to accompany main dishes of meat, fish, or even vegetables. You could also add chicken pieces here in the baking tray, since they have the same cooking time. I know because I cooked 2 trays at the same time, one for the chicken, the other for the cauliflower, for a nice family lunch with my nieces. It is also great as a holiday side dish; we all know that cauliflower with broccoli and artichokes are vegetables that are never missing at Christmas. Here are Christmas appetizers and Christmas Eve menu.
