Storage
You can store the Pasta with Tomato and Pancetta in the refrigerator for 1 – 2 days, in an airtight container.
Tips and Variations
For an even tastier and richer version, add diced smoked (or mild) scamorza cheese. Add it to the pasta in the pan at the end of the preparation, with the heat off. Mix and serve with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
Instead of tomato purée, you can also use peeled tomatoes or fresh cherry tomatoes for a more summery recipe.
Did you know that …
This is how to prevent pasta from sticking. If you want the pasta not to stick and be perfectly cooked, do not pour it into the boiling water all at once, but a little at a time, so that the water continues to boil and the cooking is uniform. Remember, however, to stir regularly throughout.
