Vegetarian Ragù
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Cuisine: Italian

Storage

You can store the Vegetarian Ragù in specially sterilized glass jars and place them in the freezer.

Alternatively, you can place them still hot in a pot spaced with dish towels, cover them with water and cook them for about 20 minutes from the beginning of the boil: this way you can store them in your pantry for about 6 months.

Advice and Tips

– Of course, you can vary the vegetables for preparation, using seasonal vegetables or whatever you have at home: the important thing is to cut them all into cubes of the same size so they cook evenly.

– You can also add aromatic herbs to taste, such as oregano, basil, parsley…
