Pumpkin cream cups are a delicious spoon dessert with a completely autumnal flavor. - 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup cooked pumpkin pulp
- 2/5 cup sugar
- 10 amaretti cookies (crumbled)
- 10 ladyfingers
- to taste cinnamon

I used two 4 x 4 inch cups. If you have smaller cups, you might manage to make 4/6 or maybe even 8, but not having tried, I can’t say for sure.

Steps
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the sugar, pumpkin pulp, cinnamon, and finely crumbled amaretti. Soak the ladyfingers in sweetened coffee and place them at the bottom of the selected cups. Cover them with the cream and proceed to create two more layers. Finish with a generous grating of dark chocolate. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
