The pasta salad with bresaola, arugula, and cherry tomatoes is a light, summery, and tasty cold pasta salad.
Quick: the only thing to cook is the pasta, the rest is added raw!
Parmesan goes divinely, you might reduce the amount of bresaola and add some extra shavings.
Bresaola
Bresaola is a lean cured meat made from salted and aged beef, rich in protein and low in fat. Due to its nutritional values, it stands out from most cured meats and is often recommended in low-calorie diets.
Arugula
Arugula can be wild or cultivated. We prefer the latter with smaller, tenderer leaves and a less pungent taste.
Parmesan
Parmesan is a semi-fat and aged cheese, its fat content is mainly represented by unsaturated fats, i.e., so-called good fats. It is highly digestible and naturally lactose-free.
The cherry tomatoes make it even more colorful and fresh.
The pasta salad with bresaola, arugula, and cherry tomatoes is a one-dish meal as it concentrates the characteristics that distinguish a balanced meal in a single course.
Light and perfect for summer.
Ideal for family meals, to-go, or at work.
