The phyllo dough rolls with pears are crunchy on the outside with a soft and delicious filling. Super easy! A dessert to prepare quickly with few ingredients and especially in a light version because there is no sugar and no butter. If you want them more indulgent, you can add chocolate. If you want them richer, you can put grated or drop dark chocolate. And then it depends a bit on the occasion. If you want to indulge in something sweet that does not weigh you down, does not impact the diet, or to enjoy for breakfast, they are fine as is. If you want to serve them as a dessert with ice cream, that’s different. Enrich them a bit and make smaller bundles that are cuter. Meanwhile, let’s see the base, then for the rest, unleash your creativity and prepare your very own phyllo dough rolls with pears.
