Fior di Latte Semifreddo
I’ve made many semifreddo recipes, but I realized I hadn’t yet made my husband’s favorite flavor 😁 fior di latte! Like many others, when he chooses the flavor of ice cream, he always prefers fior di latte! So, I made a semifreddo recipe that closely resembles it and can also be enjoyed with glazes of any kind or fresh fruit. A dessert that can be prepared in a few minutes and stored in the freezer for a long time to have a ready dessert at any time, even for unexpected guests ☺️.

Ingredients for the Fior di Latte Semifreddo:
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 1.7 cups whipping cream
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1.8 oz condensed milk
- vanilla
Steps

In a bowl, we put the mascarpone, cream, condensed milk, a bit of vanilla, and sugar, then lightly whip with an electric mixer.
Pour the mixture into a mold, preferably silicone, or else line it with plastic wrap first to facilitate removal after freezing. Level, cover, and place in the freezer for a few hours.
