Ingredients
- 10.5 oz mascarpone
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 8 thin coffee wafers
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps
Prepare the coffee with the moka, sweeten it with the two tablespoons of sugar, and let it cool slightly. In a bowl with the electric mixer, work the mascarpone with the powdered sugar to obtain a smooth and velvety cream.
Dip the wafers in coffee and create a layer at the bottom of the glasses. Cover with the cream and proceed with a second layer of coffee-dipped wafers and cream. Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa. Decorate with a few wafer pieces and refrigerate until serving.
