Storage

You can store the Tart with Cream and Fresh Fruit in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 days, in an airtight container.

Tips

– If the shortcrust pastry is too oily when kneading, before refrigerating it, it’s normal. However, if you really can’t compact it, pass it on a worktop with a bit of flour. In any case, once you take it out of the fridge, it will be ready to roll out.

– If you have leftover pastry before baking, first refrigerate it and then freeze it, sealed in a food bag. It keeps in the freezer for 3 months. When you want to use it, just take it out of the freezer and place it in the refrigerator to thaw for about a couple of hours.
