Zucchini and Tuna Salad
A summer recipe made as a salad combining freshly grilled zucchini with tuna, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and various spices. Of course, you can enrich or modify it by removing or adding other ingredients according to your taste. A great idea if you want to have a light meal or want something refreshing! A very simple recipe that you can prepare in just a few minutes.

Ingredients for zucchini and tuna salad:
- 2 zucchini
- 3.5 oz tuna
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- Half lemon (Juice)
- olives
- oregano
- 1.75 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil

First, wash the zucchini, then trim the ends and slice them very thinly using a mandoline or a vegetable peeler. Grill them for a few seconds and let them cool.
Once cooled, add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olives, drained tuna, a bit of oregano, and olive oil.
Mix everything. Add the squeezed lemon juice and salt to taste. Combine well and refrigerate for a few hours.
