Pizza Sticks: Clever Recipe

The toppings? Whatever you like, depending on the ingredients you have on hand. We’ve chosen tomato, mozzarella, asiago, and Taggiasca olives: a simple classic. Ready, set, bake!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet rectangular ready-made pizza dough
  • 6 oz tomato pulp (seasoned with oil and salt)
  • 1.8 oz Asiago cheese
  • 1.8 oz pizza mozzarella
  • to taste Taggiasca olives
  • to taste fresh basil

Tools

  • 1 Rectangular Pizza Pan

Steps

  • Unroll the ready-made pizza base, top it with tomato pulp, add Taggiasca olives, Asiago, and mozzarella cut into small cubes, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 17 minutes. Remove from oven, add fresh basil, and serve.

    If desired, you can add a bit of oregano and garlic powder to the tomato pulp.
