The fresh and aromatic spiced yogurt sauce is perfect for accompanying grilled meats or breaded and fried chicken bites. A flavorful, delicate, and light dressing, also great on salads and boiled potatoes. For my sauce, I chose classic plain yogurt, but if you prefer it thicker or if you need to add it to a sandwich or bruschetta, it’s better to choose the more substantial Greek yogurt. The spices? Choose the ones you like best: lemon zest, garlic powder, chives, or paprika. Meanwhile, I’ll tell you what I chose for my spiced yogurt sauce.

I didn’t add salt, but taste the sauce and adjust according to your preferences. If you prefer it more “savory,” feel free to add it.
