The stuffed piadipizza with ham and cheese is an amazing recipe. Easy, quick, rich, and above all, delicious. The piadina pizza has been part of my menu for many years now, a “quick recipe” when you crave pizza and have little time, but it’s also perfect for a snack or a tasty treat. And now comes the stuffed piadipizza: two stacked piadinas with a double filling for extra deliciousness. And if like me you buy mini piadinas, you can cook them in an air fryer. Even quicker!
