Sandy Chicken Bites

Sandy chicken bites are a quick and inviting main course 🙂

After the bad weather of recent days, the air has cooled, and now the intense heat is just a distant memory.

Autumn is approaching, and after a long time, I feel like cooking more elaborate dishes and turning on the oven more willingly 😉

However, I often rush and have to cook quick dishes like this morning, which was a busy day.

I got home late, and having prepared the savory rice pie last night, I only needed to cook the meat.

I had chicken breast in the freezer, and not wanting to grill it, I cut it into pieces, added breadcrumbs, oil, and salt, and made very tasty bites.

It’s a dish you will love because it’s simple, quick, and flavorful at the same time.

I loved it, and I’m sure you will too 😀
