Tips

During preparation, it’s very important to beat the eggs with an electric mixer for several minutes because the more air the mixture contains, the softer the cake will be. Also, it is always advisable to use eggs at room temperature, preferably organic.

Did you know that…

If the cake doesn’t want to come out of the mold when just baked, do this. Take a kitchen towel, slightly moisten it with some water, then place the mold on it for about ten minutes. You will be able to unmold the cake perfectly and effortlessly.
