Air Fryer Roasted Tomatoes
A delicious recipe that is always a hit in my house, every time I make these tomatoes they never last long 😀. They are great on toasted bread or as a side dish to accompany our main courses of all kinds. Last year I also proposed a version made in the oven in case you want to make a larger quantity (I recommend it ☺️). Personally, I like my tomatoes a bit charred but if you prefer them less so just reduce the cooking time!!! This recipe can be made all year round but I assure you they taste completely different this time of year!!!

First, we wash, clean, and cut the tomatoes in half (I recommend using San Marzano tomatoes for this recipe), then we arrange them in a row in the air fryer basket with parchment paper inside. We add some garlic, basil,
We add oregano, salt, and plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Cook in the air fryer at 390°F for about 50 minutes.
