Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs mascarpone
- 1.1 lbs heavy whipping cream
- 6 peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- to taste amaretti

Steps
Peel the peaches (approximately 300 grams cleaned) and cut them into small pieces. Transfer them into the immersion blender’s cup with the sugar and blend well to obtain a smooth cream. Pour the peach cream into a bowl, add the mascarpone and mix well with the whisks. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and add it to the mascarpone cream a little at a time, folding gently from the bottom up to avoid deflating it.
Distribute the cream into cups and garnish with crumbled amaretti. Let the cups rest in the refrigerator for 4/5 hours before serving.
