Storage

You can store the Potato Roll with Spinach and Ricotta once wrapped in parchment paper (see photo no. 12 in the recipe) in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and in the freezer for 1 month. So, you will only have to slice it and gratinate it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Place it in a baking dish and position it on the top shelf of the oven at 356°F with the grill function on. Remove from the oven and serve!

Did you know that…

An egg is fresh if it is ‘silent’

If you want to be sure that an egg is fresh, just shake it. If you don’t hear any sounds, it means it is fresh. Conversely, if you hear something, it means it has become too liquid and the white and yolk have separated, so the egg is old.
