Watermelon Semifreddo

Watermelon Semifreddo

What’s the most sold fruit in summer? Well, we all know it’s WATERMELON, also called ANGURIA 🍉. Then one evening while savoring a slice, I had a flash and told myself I had to make a dessert with watermelon but it had to keep the taste and freshness as much as possible. I came up with an extraordinary semifreddo prepared in just a few minutes, and the nice thing is that you can prepare it anytime and store it in the freezer until needed!
