Ingredients for Chicken and Potato Bites

  • 14 oz chicken breast
  • 14 oz potatoes
  • 1 tsp rosemary (chopped needles)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Air fryer parchment paper
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Peeler
  • 1 Spoon

Preparation of Chicken and Potato Bites

  • Chicken and potato bites in air fryer
  • 1 – Peel the potatoes using a peeler, cut them into cubes (not too large), and place them in a bowl.

    2 – Cut the chicken into bites and add it to the potatoes.

    3 – Season with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Add a drizzle of oil and mix well with a spoon.

    4 – Pour everything into the air fryer basket with parchment paper at the bottom. Spray a little oil and cook at 338 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.

  • TRADITIONAL OVEN COOKING: 392 degrees Fahrenheit static for 20 minutes

NOTES

We can go up to 28 oz of diced potatoes and 18 oz of diced chicken breast. Then it will need to be cooked for 35-40 minutes at 338 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring occasionally.

Cooking times vary depending on how large you cut the cubes of both potato and chicken.
