Cherry Upside-Down Cake π without eggs
A cake made without eggs even though you wouldn’t think so from its look and taste π. I chose to make it with cherries because they are in full season and I love them, but if you want, you can easily replace them with any other fruit you like. In a bowl, put the sugar, flour, starch, baking powder, lemon zest, vanilla flavoring and mix.
Add the yogurt, milk, melted butter and mix. Meanwhile, wash and clean the cherries by removing the pits and put them on the bottom of the pan (I used a silicone mold so I didn’t flour it).
Sprinkle a little sugar on top and add the previously prepared mixture. Level and bake at 350Β°F for about 40 minutes.
