pan-fried shrimp skewers
A very simple and quick recipe to prepare and perfect to serve as an appetizer/aperitif in a seafood menu. Skewers are usually baked, but since it’s hot and I didn’t feel like turning on the oven, I experimented with this pan version and I must say the result was very satisfying! If you like shrimp and are looking for an easy and quick recipe, try this one and let me know if you liked it!
