Yogurt Muffins with Chocolate Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup lactose-free yogurt (vanilla flavor)
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- to taste vanilla

- 1 Mixer
- 1 Muffin tray
- 8 Muffin liners for muffins
Preparation of Yogurt Muffins with Chocolate
WITHOUT BIMBY: In a bowl, place the yogurt, egg, sugar, and oil, and mix with a mixer (or whisk). Then add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla and mix well. Finally, add the chocolate chips and combine everything.
WITH BIMBY: Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the bowl. Mix at speed 4 for 30 seconds. Now add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
BAKING: Take a muffin tray, place the liners into the holes, and fill them two-thirds full. Add more chocolate chips on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F, static, for about 20-25 minutes. Let them cool well before serving.
NOTES
If you are not lactose intolerant, you can use regular yogurt.
They keep for three or four days under a glass dome or inside a container with an airtight lid.
If you don’t have chocolate chips, you can use a chocolate bar that can be broken into small pieces using a knife.
