If you prefer vanilla shortbread: 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup butter, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 packet of vanillin. This is the classic shortbread from Miriam Bonizzi perfect for stamped cookies and which I found attached to the stamp.
