Potato and Provola Casserole

Notes

If you prefer, you can use smoked provola.

You can create layers: pour part of the mixture into the baking dish. Add the provola (in this case sliced thinly) and cover with the rest of the mixture. Then proceed as per the recipe.

The potato and provola casserole is excellent hot, warm, and even cold.

Parsley is optional.
