Tasty and quick gratinated fennels in air fryer are a light and delicious side dish, perfect to accompany meat or fish. Since I got the air fryer as a gift, I started using it often; I find it much quicker compared to the traditional oven. Ingredients for Tasty and Quick Gratinated Fennels
- 1.1 lbs fennels (weight when cleaned)
- 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 oz breadcrumbs
- 1.8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder

- 1 Air fryer
- 1 Air fryer paper
- 1 Knife
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Spoon
Preparation of Gratinated Fennels in Air Fryer
1 – Wash the fennels and remove the bruised and inedible parts, then slice them not too thick, less than a quarter inch thick. Then place them in a bowl.
2 – Season with the oil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
3- Preheat our air fryer to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. Once it’s ready, place a sheet of parchment paper at the base and pour the seasoned fennels on top. Cook for 10 minutes, still at 392 degrees, stirring halfway through.

NOTES
Once cooked, they can be stored for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
You can replace Parmesan with another cheese to your liking.
