  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While waiting, prepare the cauliflower, clean it, cut it into florets, wash it, and cook it in the boiling water. Drain the cauliflower when it is tender.

  • Dice the bread, place it in a chopper with pistachios, parsley, black pepper, and a bit of organic orange zest, only the yellow part. Obtain a not-too-fine mince and place it in a bowl.

  • Add the cauliflower to the bowl with the bread, also add salt, and olive oil, and mix.

  • Pour into a baking dish, add all the bread, then a bit of grated Parmesan cheese, and bake in a hot oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy; our baked cauliflower is also excellent warm.
