Steps to Prepare Orange Baked Cauliflower without Béchamel
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While waiting, prepare the cauliflower, clean it, cut it into florets, wash it, and cook it in the boiling water. Drain the cauliflower when it is tender.
Dice the bread, place it in a chopper with pistachios, parsley, black pepper, and a bit of organic orange zest, only the yellow part. Obtain a not-too-fine mince and place it in a bowl.
Add the cauliflower to the bowl with the bread, also add salt, and olive oil, and mix.
Pour into a baking dish, add all the bread, then a bit of grated Parmesan cheese, and bake in a hot oven at 392°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy; our baked cauliflower is also excellent warm.
