Baked Sea Bream with Perfectly Cooked Potatoes

Baked sea bream with potatoes, a delicious dish that is easy to prepare at home in just a few minutes. You can have the fresh sea bream cleaned at the fishmonger, and once home, it will be a breeze to prepare a delicious lunch or a delightful dinner with fresh baked fish accompanied by a tasty side of potatoes, which all cooks together in the pan, so that the potatoes also take some of the good, delicate flavor of the sea bream. I am crazy about this combination of flavors, also because they have the same cooking time, and I take out a perfect one-dish meal, since there are proteins, but also carbohydrates. If I’m very hungry, I also add salad to my final dish, but it’s already perfect this way. I rather add some onions during cooking to give more taste, and if you like, some cherry tomatoes, so I also have a bit of vegetables to balance the dish, and there’s no need to add bread to the final meal, so we keep calories under control and finally enjoy a good dish without having to always think about the figure and diet. Making baked sea bream is so simple that it’s perfect during the week, or even for an elegant and refined dinner, perhaps for a romantic dinner for two, or even during the upcoming holidays, surely the baked sea bream will make you look good. I recommend one small-sized sea bream per person, about 14 oz if it is a one-dish meal, otherwise even half a sea bream if it is a complete meal. Keep following me for the recipe, I’ll also explain how to clean the sea bream in case your trusted fishmonger doesn’t have time to clean it for you.
