Preparation
• cut the cod into pieces;
• rinse the pieces;
• soak them in cold water for 48 hours;
• change the water at least 3 times or better every 8 hours;
• remove the skin;
• remove most of the bones.Heat a sprinkle of garlic powder in a pan.
Deglaze with a shot of white wine.
Sear the cod pieces for a couple of minutes on each side, being careful not to let them stick to the bottom of the pan.Drain and rinse the black olives.
Move the seared cod pieces to an oven-safe baking dish.
Distribute the black olives.
Dissolve a vegetable stock cube in 2 tablespoons of water to obtain a vegetable broth and pour over the cod pieces.
Grind the pepper and add the chopped parsley.Briefly preheat the oven.
Bake at 350°F in a fan oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.Plate.
