If you prefer thinner cookies, roll the dough to a thickness of one-eighth inch. I prepared them both ways, but in my personal taste, the thicker ones (even if the difference is minimal) are better for dipping. With these quantities, you will get about 50 cookies, but if rolled to one-eighth inch thickness, you can make up to 60 cookies.
