Steps to prepare special tuna sauce for parties
1. Prepare 2-3 hard-boiled eggs in advance. Cook for 6 minutes from boiling. Rinse in cold water, peel, and let cool completely.
2. In the bowl of the food processor, place the cold eggs cut into large pieces. Add the tuna with its oil, the olives, the rinsed capers, and finally, the mayonnaise. Adjust to taste how much to use, as well as for olives and capers. You can also add anchovies if you like.
3. Blend everything until you get a homogeneous cream. Pour into a bowl, and our special tuna sauce is ready in no time. Of course, we can also use a delicious homemade mayonnaise for the recipe.
