Sun-dried cherry tomatoes are a great preserve to prepare for the winter, in the sun during the summer season or with a dryer. They can be stored in a sealed bag or jar and used as needed, or rehydrated in hot water and vinegar, then preserved in oil. Great as appetizers, in salads, to dress pasta, but they are also delicious natural snacks.
