Strawberry Fruit Salad | no sugar

in ,

The strawberry fruit salad without sugar, flavored with just a few drops of lemon or orange juice, is a fresh and naturally sweet dessert.
I make it often – ripe strawberries don’t need anything else.

Strawberries are in season from the end of March and throughout spring, until July in late productions.

In case of hyperglycemia, prediabetes and diabetes you need to consider the portion of fruit – in this case strawberries – and the whole meal in which it is included.
By reducing the amount of juice, it is possible to enjoy a fruit salad with lower glycemic impact.
