To prepare the crepes, I always refer to my family’s recipe, as my grandmother used to make them, a humble recipe, which is why among the ingredients you will find water, which not only makes the crepes lighter but was also more economical. Naturally, if you prefer, you can replace the water with milk. I followed the recipe book for the rest, but in some versions I read online, I noticed that some people add parmesan before baking. Choose as you prefer.
