Couscous with cherry tomatoes, corn, and tuna can be considered a summer main course 🙂
Couscous originates from North Africa and later spread to Europe.
Couscous is a food made up of durum wheat semolina grains steamed.
The couscous available in supermarkets is steamed once.
Just cook it in boiling water, and in a few minutes, it’s ready to be served.
In these hot days, it’s ideal to prepare because in a short time with couscous, you can prepare delicious main courses. It can be combined with vegetables, meat, or fish.
Sometimes I cook it myself, and today for lunch I wanted to prepare it with cold ingredients 🙂
It is very hot, so I prefer simple and quick dishes 😉
In this recipe, the couscous is seasoned with cherry tomatoes, corn, tuna, and mozzarella.
It can be prepared in advance and add the cold ingredients at the last moment or prepare everything together and store in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
