  • basil

  • arugula
  • sunflower seeds

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the peach salad. Wash and peel the Percoche peaches, then cut them into not-too-large wedges. Arrange them on a plate and salt.

    Wash and thoroughly dry the arugula and basil leaves. Tear them with your hands.

  • Add the arugula, basil, and seeds to the Percoche peaches.

    Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and mix.
