👉 If you prefer to make your own flour mix instead of store-bought ones, you can replace it with 60% rice flour, 20% corn starch (cornflour), and 20% potato starch. Always make sure the package has the crossed grain symbol and states gluten-free.

👉 For the gluten version, you can simply replace the flour mix with all-purpose flour in the same quantity
