Ingredients

  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Potatoes (medium)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Chicken Breast

Instructions

  • Thoroughly wash all the vegetables and leave them whole.
    Clean the chicken by removing any fat residues, and if using thighs or other parts, remove the skin. For better degreasing, you can rub it with a bit of lemon juice before rinsing it under running water.

  • Put all the washed vegetables in the pressure cooker: celery, carrots, onion, potatoes, and tomato. Add the chicken and season with salt.
    Pour water to fully cover the ingredients, without exceeding half of the pot.
    Close the lid and cook on high heat until the valve starts to whistle. At that point, lower the heat and let it cook for about 30-35 minutes.
    Once cooking time is over, remove the pot from the heat and let the steam fully escape before opening the lid.
