- 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
- 3.5 oz bacon (thin slices)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Preparation of savory swirls with bacon
Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface.
Cover the surface with slices of bacon.
Adjust with salt and pepper.
Roll it up forming a sausage and cut 10 swirls of the same thickness.
Place the swirls on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, heat the oven to 482°F and when it is hot, bake.
After 20 minutes, take them out and enjoy the savory swirls with bacon!
Be sure to check them towards the end of cooking because every oven is different from the others, I use a normal static electric oven.
