  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 1/4 cups Pistachios
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preparation of Ugly But Good with Pistachios and Cinnamon

  • In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.

    Then, gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat with an electric whisk (1).

    Now add the chopped pistachios and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Gently combine the ingredients, mixing from top to bottom (2).

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, spoon the mixture onto the sheet. With this batter, I made 18 cookies (3).

  • Bake the Ugly But Good with Pistachios and Cinnamon in a preheated oven at 320°F for about an hour.

    The cookies are ready when they detach from the parchment paper. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a rack.
