Steps for Preparing Christmas Tartlets

  • Start by placing the crustless bread on a work surface, and using a ring mold, create discs.

    Wash the chives under running water and pat them with a paper towel to remove any water. Then, finely chop them on a cutting board with the help of a knife.

    In a bowl, pour the cream cheese and soften it by mixing with a spoon or spatula. Add the chopped chives and blend.

    Insert the cream into a piping bag and fill the 4 discs

    Cover each with another disc

    With a mandoline, thinly slice the cucumbers or zucchinis, according to your taste.

    Form a spiral with each slice of cucumber or zucchini, skewer them with a toothpick, and place them in the center of each disc.
